Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign up to upload my conversation?
No. You can upload the ZIP and see the preview without signing up. We only ask you to create an account to save the result and access it later.
What happens to videos and large documents on the free plan?
They show up in the conversation with their name and size, but playing or downloading them requires Premium. Videos are always Premium; documents over 5 MB too. All other media (photos, voice notes, audio, stickers, contacts and locations) is free on both plans.
How many conversations can I have on the free plan?
Up to 3 active conversations, with no message limit within each one. If you upload a fourth, it is still saved and never deleted, but it stays locked until you upgrade or free up a slot.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. The prices shown are what you pay, VAT included: nothing is added afterwards.
What is the maximum upload file size?
Up to 2 GB per ZIP file, enough for a full export with media.
Does the legal PDF work as evidence in a proceeding?
The legal PDF includes the SHA-256 hash of the original ZIP and a digitally signed declaration, but its evidentiary value is ultimately for the court to decide. We recommend submitting it together with the original ZIP.
